Management Trainee Program

职位描述

1. The Lee Kum Kee Management Trainee (MT) Program is a 12-month program designed to stretch our future leaders’ potential through a structured and career-focused development plan.

2. MTs will be assigned to designated function upon employment for an all-rounded learning within the specific function while cross-functional exposures will be acquired through different learning events and participation at various company-wide and global projects.

职位要求

1. We are looking for graduates from either Hong Kong or overseas universities

2. Candidates should have a bachelor or above degree and no more than 2 years’ working experience

3. Major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Food Science, Business, Marketing, Arts, Journalism, Communication, and related discipline

You should have a strong academic record and the following attributes：

1. Self-motivation and the drive to learn

2. A keen problem solving, analytical and creative mind

3. Social confidence and ability to be a good team player

4. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua

5. Willingness to travel
