Officer - Marketing

1. Conduct market research, analyze business development and report to senior management

2. Coordinate and execute various above-the line & below-the-line sales & marketing initiatives to maximize brand awareness and drive sales

3. Assist in promotional activities or trade shows; monitor and analysis market trends and customer needs

4. Liaise with various business partners, such as advertising & media agencies, event organizers, and production house, and explore different channels to increase company’s project exposure

5. Assist to propose pricing and flax mix for the tenders

6. Assistant to conduct daily sales activities including introducing and presenting the Group’s portfolios to the client, operating onsite sales office, maintaining the display flat and escorting buyers for site visits

7. Assist in preparing and signing leasing & purchasing documents and conduct onsite examination after the leasing contract ends

8. Assist and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects for commercial or residential properties

9. Maintain records of sales, rental or usage activity, special permits issued, maintenance and operating costs, or property availability

* 职位要求
1. Degree in Marketing or related disciplines

2. Estate agent’s license holder of Estate Agents Authority of Hong Kong

3. Minimum 1-3 years’ related sales and marketing experience in property development industry is preferred

4. Good interpersonal and organization skills

5. Outgoing, presentable, self-motivated, proactive and result oriented

6. Good writing skills in both English and Chinese

7. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

Senior Finance Analyst

1. Ensuring effective strategy implementation and monitoring performance at brand and channel level

2. Take part in the S&OP process, perform annual financial budget and rolling forecasting

3. Providing a full spectrum of financial analysis, variance analysis, commentary reports, trade specific promotion evaluation and commercial advice to improve business performance

4. Implementing relevant best practices

1. Degree in business or finance related fields with at least 3-4 years working experience in business/financial analysis preferably gained from FMCG industry

2. Good communication and interpersonal skill.

3. Strong self-motivation with ability to work independently

4. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin

5. Passion for the business and willing to go for extra mile

6. Knowledge in SAP is a plus

7. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager
