2. To assist Project Manager to handle orders collection and documentation
3. To be responsible for order handling: input orders into internal CRM System and BSS system to ensure the high accuracy of order records
4. To assist Project Manager in internal data collection and basic data analysis

2. Excellent interpersonal & organization skills with strong knowledge in implementation

* 招聘职位Senior Trade Marketing Executive
*职位描述1. Assist in formulating and executing marketing campaigns and eventsCoordinate promotional tools’ orders (i.e. seasonal catalogs) with internal and external parties
2. Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials on a timely basis
3. Prepare marketing materials and conduct marketing research
4. Provide marketing and administrative support
5. Generate data and analysis for management
6. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

2. 3-4 years working experience in luxury fashion and retail businesses 
3. Experience in fashion/retail industry is an added advantage

6. Self-motivated and responsible
7. Good communication skills

* 招聘职位Research Analyst
*职位描述1. Conduct in-depth and timely research on large-caps listed in Hong Kong 
2. Attend and present ideas in morning meetings to our internal sales force
3. Prepare materials for presentations and conduct marketing activities
4. Provide frequent investment ideas/recommendations to clients and handle their enquiries 
5. Occasional outbound presentation and regular branch visits will be required
* 职位要求1. University degree in Finance / Business or other related disciplines, CFA (Candidate) or similar qualification is well-regarded
2. Knowledge and experience on specific industry sectors is preferable
3. Holder of SFC license
4. At least 2-3 year’s equity research experience
5. Ability to produce accurate, high quality work consistently under tight deadlines
6. Good understandings in economics and stock markets , and demonstrate good judgment and high sensitivity to market trend and industry policy changes 
7. Strong analytical, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
8. Proficiency in Bloomberg, Reuters, WIND and MS Office applications
9. Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
10. Less experience will be considered as Research Assistant

* 职位描述1. Responsible for compensation & benefits functions including but not limited to payroll, MPF, taxation, HRIS system administration and etc
2. Maintain staff attendance, leave record, personnel files and filing system
3. Manage and maintain Talent information and records in HRIS and compile HR related statistics and reports for management review
4. Help constantly review current internal work processes to improve work efficiency
5. Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
* 职位要求1. A degree holder in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or relevant disciplines
2. Minimum 3 years’ relevant HR experience in sizable companies or in services industry
3. Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations
4. Proactive, quality-driver, resourceful and a team player
5. Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
6. Proficient in MS Office applications
7. Immediate available is highly preferable
8. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer - Talent Management
