职位描述

You will undergo a development plan incorporating on-the job training, cross-functional attachments, special projects/assignments and classroom training.  Besides, we will provide mentoring and coaching throughout the 2 years too. You will also have frequent opportunities to meet with our senior management team. You will be equipped with general technical and business acumen exposure to assume further responsibilities in the Company. 

Management Trainees who demonstrate outstanding performance and potential through the 2-year program will be offered a professional role in an assigned department and pursue your career as future leader in the Company.

1. Bachelor's degree or above in eCommerce, Marketing, Management, Business Studies, Statistics, Communication or related disciplines

2. Passionate with strong enthusiasm to develop a long term career in Sa Sa eCommerce

Self-motivated and who can demonstrate leadership potential

3. Committed to work with excellent attitude

Energetic, self confident and with passion to drive success

4. Technologically savvy with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

5. Effective interpersonal and communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua

6. Flexible to work in an evolving and fast-paced environment
