恒隆地产有限公司（港交所：0101、OTCBB：HLPPY）是一家在香港交易所上市的地产公司。主要业务是投资物业以供收租，发展物业以供出售，以及停车场管理与物业管理。2007年12月31日半年业绩资产净值为HKD616.335亿，纯利为HKD72.72亿。

MT入职需要经过多轮面试。第一轮是一对一和HR进行面试，第一轮比较简单，但整个节奏都比较快。第二轮是小组面试，会有group presentation，也会有一些比较难的专业问题，整个过程着重考察团队合作的能力。最后是Assessment center，也有小组讨论，主要考察基本技能和语言能力。

职位描述

1. Responsible for database management, ongoing enhancement and ensure high data accuracy of inputs and outputs

2. Manage the centralization of information from internal and external parties and channel the information to relevant users

3. Coordinate with users for data cleansing, conversion, standardization and categorization

4. Assist in the preparation of management reports

5. Handle new projects and other ad-hoc or special assignments as assigned

职位要求

1. Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science / Statistics or related discipline

2. Around 1-3 years of relevant experiences in database management

3. Detail-minded with excellent communication skills

4. Well-organized, proactive, multi-tasking and able to prioritize work under tight schedules

5. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

6. Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Simplified Chinese typing

7. Knowledge in database management system (Oracle, Power BI and SQL) is preferred

8. Knowledge in Property/Retail industry is an advantage
