该管培生项目，是一个为期2年的培训项目，目的是在零售部门培养和发展人的全方位的专业人才。在培训结束后，将出任客户服务主任的职位，并有机会晋升客户服务经理。

Dealer Trainee -- Financial Markets

职位描述

1. Assist in carrying out day-to-day dealing operations and execution, including FI, FX Spot/Derivatives, IRD and MM;

2. Support team managers in dealing with clients; 

3. Update and maintain trade systems;

4. Compile trade reports and market updates;

5. Ensure the dealing transactions are in compliance with the Bank’s rules and regulatory requirements; 

6. Participate in projects and system enhancement.

职位要求

1. Degree holder in Finance, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics or related disciplines;

2. 1 year experience;

3. Strong knowledge in treasury products;

4. Good analytical skill and sensitive to figures;

5. Excellent in both written and spoken in English and Chinese/Putonghua;

6. Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
