Business Analyst (Risk Management)
1. Conduct meetings with clients and stakeholder to collect business requirements and provide consultation for risk management program
2. Handle document of the business requirements specification, and functional specification
3. Ongoing review and make recommendations for future enhancements to ensure client’s needs and regulatory/headquarter requirements are addressed
4. Prepare QA plan, conduct QA testing and supporting clients on every step of the User Acceptance Testing stage
5. Monitor and manage system development process among internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of a cohesive quality product
1. University degree holder of Computer Science/ Information system or related discipline with minimum 3 years working experience
2. Knowledge and experience in banking, finance and securities industries is required
3. Knowledge and experience in System
4. Implementation Projects cycles and activities, including. Requirement gathering, user testing, project/tasks coordinating, etc is required
5. Knowledge and experience in Credit Risk, Market Risk and/or Operational Risk Management is an advantage
6. Structured product life cycle, exposure on Treasury, Investment and Securities products such as securities, FX, Futures and Options trading system is an advantage
7. Good understanding of risk management process and capable to translate into specifications, and formulate test cases base on requirements
Able to work closely, and communicate well with both business users within department, from other departments and with IT
8. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (oral and written), establish trust quickly, and create win-win situation
9. Capable to work independently with key focus and instructions provided
