* 职位描述
1. Perform preparation work for and follow up of monthly and annual stock take operations

2. Handle data download, user account creation and etc on various systems with reference to the instruction and/or procedures

3. Perform general clerical work, e.g. filling, data entry and etc.

4. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

* 职位要求
1. School certificate or above

2. Minimum 1 year or above clerical experience

3. Able to handle multi-task independently

4. Good analytic skill and detail minded

5. Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English

6. Good PC knowledge including Work, Excel, internet and e-mail applications and Chinese typing

Accounting Officer (Management Accounting & Analysis)

* 职位描述
1. Report to Accountant

2. Engage in month-end closing accounting duties including revenue and cost provision, ensuring accuracy of financials, working closely with business unit on month end activities

3. Assist budget and forecast preparation of business unit

4. Analyse business unit performance

5. Prepare monthly statistics schedules

6. Assist year end closing including preparation of audit schedules

7. Assist in ad-hoc assignment and some administrative duties as required

* 职位要求
1. A recognized Degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines; or Higher Diploma in Accounting or related discipline

2. Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in audit or accounting services

3. Proficient in use of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and other financial related software/program

4. Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadline

5. Good presentation and communication skill

6. High self-initiative in taking up responsibilities

7. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Human Resources Officer

* 职位描述
1. Assist in handling the payroll calculation and HRIS system maintenance for PRC Offices

2. Assist in administering compensation and benefits (C&B) policies and procedures with data analysis across the region

3. Handle the employee benefits and leave administration  

4. Assist in monitoring the performance management program to ensure the appraisal review process meets the Company's standard on equity, completeness and objectivity

5. Administer and manage employee movement and separation

6. Provide advice and support on enquiries on benefits issues for HK and overseas offices

7. Maintain and update records in the HRIS

8. Participate in other ad-hoc assignments, e.g. staff caring & company activities

* 职位要求
1. Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline

2. Minimum 2 years’ relevant hands on experience in HR administration. 
Experience in retail industry is a distinct advantage

3. Passionate in the human resources arena, and determined to develop your career in the Compensation & Benefits function

4. Eager to learn, attentive to details, independent, well-organized, result-oriented and with good numerical sense

5. A team player, mature and able to handle multi-task efficiently

6. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin

7. Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

8. Immediate available is preferred
