职位描述

Your role

Are you good with data and data visualization? Are you analytical and able to extract a story from numbers? We’re looking for someone like that who can:
1. produce monthly and ad hoc reporting to management on risk related topics to the business

2. develop risk dashboards using Tableau to create full transparency to supervisors of the key risk items facing their business

Your team

You’ll be working in the Business Risk and Regulatory Management (BR&RM) - Risk Analytics and Reporting team in Singapore and Hong Kong. We focus on 
1. providing transparency to senior management on the risk issues facing their business through the distribution of management information

2. supporting the wider BR&RM team in identifying areas of heightened risk for closer investigation

职位要求

You have
1. hands on experience on importing, cleaning, transforming, validating or modelling data with the purpose of understanding or making conclusions from the data for decision making purposes

2. experience in using data visualization tools (Tableau) is highly desirable

3. sufficient background in technology, information management, relational database design and development, business intelligence, data mining or statistics

4. good stakeholder management and communication skills

You are
1. reliable when working independently, with sound judgment for when to escalate issues

2. able to write Data Definition Language or Data Manipulation Language SQL commands, be responsible for improving data quality and for designing or presenting conclusions gained from analysing data using statistical tools like Microsoft Excel, SAS, Lavastorm and others

3. creative and able to challenge the status quo to create efficiencies and support the use of innovative technologies in the distribution of management information

4. quickly adaptable to changing market situations, technology and business needs (you’re smart and flexible)

5. fluent in English
