* 职位描述
1. Responsible for invoice processing and running payments (including 3rd party vendors and inter-company)

2. Follow up exceptional scenario with business department and vendor to ensure full compliance with company policy and timely payment

3. Review and process employee expense claims in the region to ensure compliance with internal Travel & Expense Policy

4. Liaise with vendors and performing vendor statement reconciliation and vendor master maintenance

5. Assist with the financial closing and prepare month-end reconciliations and schedules

6. Monitor Daily/Weekly cash flow and prepare cash reporting

7. Assist with any ad-hoc assignments and SAP/ other system’s  implementation

8. Handle general filing and administration work

1. Associate degree or higher with major in Accounting/Finance, candidate with AAT qualification will also be considered

2. Minimum 3 years relevant working experience

3. Mature, responsible and able to work under pressure

4. Good work attitude, well organized and highly systematic

5. Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage

6. PC literacy, especially good knowledge of MS Excel

7. SAP knowledge is an definite advantage

Senior Accountant

Operational responsibilities (Accounting & Reporting)
1. Support the month-end closing for multiple legal entities in Asia, primarily for Hong Kong and China, to ensure the transactions are completely and accurately recorded in accordance with IFRS, and global finance policies and procedures; and report according to the stipulated timelines

2. Support the department activities to ensure payments, billings, treasury transactions are properly authorized and executed in line with the group policies and in a timely basis

3. Support the preparation of internal and external financial reports, regulatory returns, tax filings and any other reports as required, and ensure the filings are done on a timely basis. Liaise with the external professionals as applicable

4. Ensure compliance with the regulatory capital requirement and any other regulations relating to finance areas

5. Assist with the implementation of new or revised accounting standards or company policies and procedures. Analyze complex accounting transactions

6. Support the preparation and/or collation of regional data for internal reporting and other analytics purpose

Operational responsibilities (Projects)
1. Assist and support the implementation of system enhancement / upgrade projects, to ensure the UATs are timely performed and any issues are properly reported and follow up and resolved

2. Participate in other regional or global assignments / initiatives within the Finance 

3. Group as and when required

1. University degree holder with Qualified CPA

2. Minimum five years of financial accounting with reporting experience preferably within MNCs with a matrix organizational environment. Prior public accounting experience preferred

3. Prior working experience within the mutual fund or asset management industry would be advantagous

4. Functional knowledge in taxation and statutory requirements would be strongly preferred

5. Functional knowledge of PeopleSoft 

6. Financials would be advantageous

7. Strong analytical and reasoning skill is required

8. Strong problem solving and resolution skill is required

9. Strong written / verbal communication and presentation skill is required

10. Strong inter-personal skill is required to maintain on-going working relationships with staff and management throughout the global company

11. Proficiency in Excel and Word is required

12. Thorough knowledge of GAAP required

13. Knowledge and exposure to International accounting issues, currency translation and consolidations preferred
