职位描述

The S&P Global Credit Ratings Excellence Development (CREDit) Program is a three-year training & development program beginning in August 2017. 


Summary of Responsibilities

Program Analysts are responsible for conducting credit and recovery analysis related to a range of services provided to corporate, institutional and/or governmental clients. They will be part of a team that evaluates the overall credit worthiness of organizations and their ability to meet their financial obligations for traditional credit-based products as well as a variety of structured banking transactions. Throughout the rotations, Program Analysts will also support teams that evaluate collateral pools, credit risk, structural considerations, legal considerations, and the ability of securitization issuers to meet their obligations to pay timely interest and repay principal for a wide variety of structured finance asset types.


Additional Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrates an understanding of rating principles and methodology; has a working knowledge of S&P Rating’s criteria and aids in researching criteria development needs.


2. Contributes to the analysis of credit using S&P rating methodology and standards, financial models, financial data, and financial statement analysis, ultimately producing ratings recommendations.


3. Takes responsibility for performing variance analysis and interpretation of results.


4. Aid in identifying market trends, client developments and client’s financial projections.


5. Coordinates with global & regional offices to ensure data is treated consistently across international borders and available to S&P's global network.

职位要求

1. Completion of BA/BS degree by June 2017 within Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related business/quantitative discipline.


2. Learning agility, Creativity, and Problem-solving ability.


3. GPA equivalent to 3.2 or above.


4. Strong verbal & written communication skills.


5. The ability and the desire to learn to conduct your own analysis and research.


6. The ability to work in a deal-driven, collaborative work environment.


7. Proficiency in Chinese to interpret financial statements and to write reports.
