1. Diploma in business-related discipline, sound knowledge on accounting is an asset;
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative or customer services work;
3 .Basic knowledge in MS Office, with focused in MS Excel; Experience with using Lotus Notes is desirable;
4. A team player with good interpersonal skills and excellent organizational skills;
5. Accuracy and diligent, willing to learn;
6. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus.
