Public Affairs Officer

* 职位描述

The incumbent will assist the Public Affairs Department in handling media tours, media monitoring, logistics for various media events and sponsorship requests as well as providing administrative support to the team

* 职位要求

1. Degree or above in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism or related disciplines

2. With 1 year experience in communication role in PR agencies or in editorial work for newsrooms

3. Good analytical, problem-solving skills and be a good team player

4. Excellent organizational and time management skills and able to work under pressure

5. Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing

6. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua speaking is an advantage

7. Willing to work on weekends or public holidays occasionally for ad hoc media events

8. Immediate available is preferred

Approximate Dantzig-wolfe Decomposition for Solving a Class of Variational Inequality Problems.

Duties

Provide advice on statistical methodology, computation in academic and applied research; and undertake project development activities as assigned by the Principal Investigator.

* 职位要求

A Master’s degree in Mathematics or related disciplines.  Strong academic research track record in Mathematical Optimization and Algorithm Design, strong background in optimization and mathematical programming (e.g. Matlab and/or GAMS), and excellent interpersonal skills are required. Knowledge of optimization software (e.g. PATH) is preferred.

Strategic Analyst

* 职位描述

1. Carry out in-depth strategic research in securities market, policies, securities industry and peer firms in various regional markets

2. Make timely ad-hoc research and event study in different topics on various regional securities markets

3. Develop research reports and provide research supporting for the senior management

4. Prepare presentation reports for the senior management

5. Carry forward and coordinate strategic projects to meet corporate development needs

* 职位要求

1. Master holder or above in Finance, Economics or relevant discipline from a top tier school

2. Having CFA/CPA qualification with related working experience in consulting firms/investment banks is preferred

3. With 3 years or above of solid research and analytical experience

4. Experience in consulting or equity research in securities industry will be an advantage

5. Possess deep understanding in securities market, securities business lines and financial products

6. Strong writing ability in both English and Chinese especially in Chinese report writing

7. Able to conduct research and implement multiple tasks effectively and independently

8. Mature, self-motivated and pro-active with strong communications and interpersonal skills

9. Native speaker in Putonghua and fluent in English

Assistant Accountant

* 职位描述

1. To prepare monthly management report, financial analysis and annual budget/quarterly forecast

2. To assist in preparing interim and annual reports, and year-end audit coordination

3. To ensure tax compliance and timely submission of profits tax return

4. To maintain fixed assets records

5. To perform ad-hoc assignments such as project evaluation and tax planning recommendation if necessary

* 职位要求

1. Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines

2. Membership of HKICPA or equivalent

3. A minimum of 3 years’ accounting/ auditing experience with sizable establishments preferably with Big 4 CPA firms experience

4. Excellent knowledge of Hong Kong accounting standards, listing rules and tax rules

5. Knowledge of SAP Financial Management Systems an advantage

6. Able to work independently and proactively

7. Excellent PC skills especially in spreadsheet and financial modeling

8. Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written
