2016年3月，国泰君安国际发布了2015年全年业绩报告，受益于去年上半年内地、香港股市行情火爆，国泰君安国际全年总收入22.77亿港元，同比上涨37.4%；期内纯利10.15亿港元，同比上涨26.6%。

中国本土最悠久的投行部门，起步于1990年代初。横跨内地及香港两个市场，涵盖多种业务类别，致力于为客户提供多层次、全方位的资本金融服务，包括股权融资、债券融资、购并重组、资产证券化、战略投资、衍生产品设计发行、私募服务、PE投资财务顾问服务等，满足企业各发展阶段的不同资本市场需求，为企业实现战略远景提供一站式的资本运作服务。

投行中的Analyst一般都是为经验较少的应届生，由于是比较基层的员工，工作内容大致是负责Presentation，Analysis，和其他的Administrative work...入职需要考取香港证监会的牌照。

职位描述

1. Process and analyze economic and market data;

2. Fixed Income analysis;

3. Write timely strategy report and research report, then market to clients;

4. Roadshow and presentation to colleagues and clients; and

5. Work on ad hoc projects as required.

职位要求

1. University Bachelor degree or above is required;

2. Accounting or Finance major is preferred;

3. CFA, CIMA, or CPA qualification is preferred;

4. General understanding of economics, stock market and bond market;

5. 2-5 years work experience in financial industry;

6. Experiences in developing investment strategy, or fixed income analysis, or bank’s wealth management with experience of asset allocation is preferred;

7. Strong Excel and Powerpoint skill;

8. Excellent communication and presentation skills;

9. Self-motivated, ability to work well both independently and in team setting;

10. Ability to deliver work task on time, be able to work long hours and work under fast pace environment;

11. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a must.
