* 职位描述1. Perform 2nd level document scrutiny and verification for both deposit account opening and electronic banking service applications. Ensure all the required documents are completed properly per the Bank’s requirements.
2. Ensure the customer due diligent is well performed by branch or relationship manager to comply with KYC requirements and AML ordinance.
3. Handle the inquiry from branch or relationship manager in relation to KYC issue.
4. Verify and monitor the correctness and completeness of customer profile and account set-up in host and electronic banking system.
5. Participate in system UAT and perform BCP/other bank wide emergency drills if necessary.
6. Assist team head to oversee the team performance and prepare management report.
* 职位要求1. Degree holder in Business Administration or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
3. Proficient in MS Office.
4. Good supervisory skills.
5. Prudent and attentive to details.
6. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
