职位描述

1. Work closely with the senior management team on live transactions

2. Conduct industry and market research and prepare and present material used in client meetings

3. Participate in financial analysis including reviewing and maintaining financial models

4. Analyze and assess business opportunities with prospective transactions

5. Assist in the operational management of Macquarie JV platforms management.

职位要求

1. Outstanding academic record in a relevant discipline

2. Relevant internship and/or work experiences across Corporate Finance and/or M&A at a leading multinational investment bank, Big 4 consulting firms, asset management firms or corporates

3. Previous experience in real estate is beneficial but a strong interest in the real estate sector is required

4. Some financial modeling skills

5. Strong reading and writing skills (English and Chinese), ability to absorb large quantum of information and reproduce summaries efficiently

6. Have excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise at all level

7. Possess strong leadership, deal execution and client management skills and experience

8. Possess strong quantitative and analytical skills

Highly organized person

9. Be ambitious, motivated, have the drive to succeed and is a team player
