Business Valuation (Analyst to Director level)

职位描述

1. Execute valuation / advisory mandates through financial analysis, modelling, background financial / economic / industry research, financial modelling, report drafting.

2. Project manage mandates with clients / external professional parties and take lead in making recommendations on valuation issues.

3. Provide direction and review analysts’ input for valuation / advisory mandates.

4. Keep up to date with market developments and the regulatory environment driving the value of subject assets.

5. Support business development team with technical support.

职位要求

1. Company analysis and due diligence skills (with an emphasis in valuation).

2. Professional experience in finance / accounting / valuation or fields with transferable skills.

3. CFA or CPA holder a plus.

4. Excellent teamwork and communication experience required for frequent collaboration with colleagues and a wide range external professional parties.

5. Time management / organisational skills and resilience needed to attend to varying workloads with tight deadlines.

6. Keen initiative and sense of accountability towards their work.

7. Proficient in written and spoken English / Mandarin.

8. Willing to travel.
