2. Prepare investment proposals, business plans and presentation materials;
3. Co-ordinate and liaise meetings and conferences with overseas entities;
4. Consolidate reports and prepare presentation materials;
5. Assist in fitting-out administration and oversee daily operation of aircraft leasing platform;
6. Assist in structuring and negotiating major terms of investments and transactions;
7. Conduct due diligence and risk assessment for leasing/acquisition/securitization transactions;
8. Monitor and evaluate financial risk exposure (leverage, interest rate, exchange rate, tax and credit); 9. and Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required
.1. University graduate with major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Aviation Management;
2. Prior experience in aviation finance or airlines fleet management is an advantage;
3. High proficiency in written English is a must;
4. Pleasant personality, good working attitude and communication skills;
5. Occasional business trip may be required; 6. Candidate with more experience will be considered as Analyst or Associate (i.e. minimum of 3 years solid working experience in quantitative analysis, modelling and projection experience in relation to aviation finance)
