It’ll be the beginning of an exciting journey which will give you an overview of HKT as well as an opportunity to network with different teams and colleagues. Our 18-month rotational programme consists of three placements, each lasting six months and you’ll get to learn how to build relationships with customers and develop expertise to give our customers professional advice about how best to design automated solutions for their homes and properties.
Coaching and Mentoring
Our learning and development program will provide you with in-class and on the job training. You will be assigned a mentor at senior management level and coaches within functional rotation who can offer guidance as you move through the trainee program. They will also provide all necessary support to you during the program with tailor-made development opportunities for you to grow with HKT Premier.
1. Bachelor’s degree holder or above in any disciplines.
2. Excellent command of spoken and written English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
3. Be ambitious, forward-thinking, and enjoy being part of a team.
4. Be proactive and have a results-oriented mindset.
