职位描述

Purpose of your role

1. Provide daily support to traders in order flow and trade execution in assigned markets/sectors

2. Monitor the market developments in traders’ absence and gather information for desk on request

3. Engage with counterparties to capture relevant information around news / flows to refer to traders and Portfolio Managers

4. Respond to basic requests from Portfolio Managers or locate relevant internal parties that can provide the required response

5. Proactive development and maintenance of relationships with brokers and market participants

6. Protection, promotion and where possible enhancement of Fidelity’s reputation in the marketplace

7. Able to help support pre- and post-trade activities to ensure prompt arrival of clean orders to desk and efficient post trade matching

8. Knowledge of PMs, funds, equity trading, market structure and market challenges

9. Working effectively and professionally with business partners including compliance and risk management, IT/Technology and other relevant groups to improve systems to reduce risk and improve outcomes

10. Providing back-up desk coverage in the absence of team members

Key Responsibilities

1. To be familiar with and adhere to the practice and provisions of:

Fidelity Global Trading Policies and Procedures

Fidelity’s best execution & order handling policies

Fidelity’s Code of Ethics

To be fit and proper as SFC license holder

2. Be aware of the current Anti-Money Laundering requirements and the business impact

3. Maintain and continuously revisit any relevant regulatory requirements adapting working practices where necessary

职位要求

1. Strong knowledge of equity trading, markets and instruments, with 1-3 years of relevant experience

2. Ability to develop and manage relationship with Portfolio Managers, traders and brokers

3. Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively in a busy environment and to deadlines

4. Strong verbal and written communication skills including fluent English language skills; fluency in 2nd Asian language highly valued
