中央证券前身是由怡和及汇丰于1972年合资成立，怡和及汇丰各占五成股份，工作是处理怡和旗下牛奶公司和置地及汇丰股东股票过户登记及领取股票等。
Computershare于1978年在墨尔本成立，并于1999年购入怡和所持有的五成股份。Computershare更于2001年从汇控购入中央证券股份，全资拥有中央证券。由于股民多数对“中央证券”名称印象较深，中文名维持不变，英文名Central Registration Hong Kong Limited则改成Computershare。Computershare于2002年收购港交所旗下相同业务公司。会有两轮面试和两轮笔试，笔试就是分为中文和英文的测试。
Senior Financial Reporting Associate
1. Servicing clients’ share-based compensation related financial reporting needs
2. Managing clients’ plan & financial data in our databases
3. Preparing and auditing financial reports
4. Leading associates to respond to written and telephone enquiries from clients
5. Communicating with client’s auditors and providing necessary assistance
6. Assisting development programs and projects
7. Assisting management in maintaining service & operation workflow
8. Responding to ad hoc tasks
1. University graduate with Bachelor Degree (or above) in Business/Commerce/Accountancy is a must.
2. An excellent communication skill. Good command of English & Mandarin Chinese is a must
3. Ability to use MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint at an intermediate level is a must
4. Good problem solving techniques and attention to details
5. Excellent critical & logical thinking and data analysis skill
6. Ability to multi-tasking and strong time management skill
7. Strong self-learning skill and high degree of self-motivation
8. Ability to work under minimum supervision and as part of a team
9. Graduate majoring in accounting is a plus
10. About 3-4 years’ experience in accounting is a must
11. Familiar with employee share-based compensation is a plus
12. Familiar with Macro or VBA is a plus
13. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate.
