* 职位描述1. Assist in formulation and implementation of leasing, sales and marketing strategies for property projects
2. Conduct market research and analysis
3. Coordinate on show flat design and arrange sales office logistics

* 职位描述1. Responsible for the production output of the HK broadcast facility.
2. Edits a diverse variety of projects, including newsgathering stories, and feature projects ranging from vignettes, sponsored segmented and full shows.
3. Edits all variations of Digital content, including Social, Virtual Reality, and mobile projects.
4. Directs all live and recorded programming from the HK studios, and operates all studio components, including pedestal cameras, jib, lighting, audio, and floor directing.
5. Responsible for the media co-ordination and accurate archiving of material on both HK and ATL media management systems.
6. An excellent communicator and a technical, lateral thinking, creative problem solver. This Editor is an individual who is a reliable and supportive team member, but can also work independently.

8. Support new HK Ops crew members on all aspects of the HK Operations, including; Audio, Lighting, Feature/NG editing, directing/TDing live programming, Media Management, MCR operation, CNN & departmental workflows, basic studio camera operation.

2. Studio camera experience, Satelite downlinking experience, Steadicam experience.
3. University degree in a media course.
4. Equivalent working experience.

6. Must work well individually and within a team.
7. Must be open to change in responsibilities and work schedules.
8. An understanding and interest in technology is essential.
