M&A Research Assistant (12-month contract)

职位描述

1. Performing desktop research on real-time M&A transactions

2. Analyzing specific transactions to determine whether or not they meet the database inclusion criteria

3. Assisting in team operation of organizing database information to ensure that deal records, company records and individual profiles are accurate and comprehensive

4. Interpreting financial data and other financial information in relation to M&A transactions

5. Quality checking the historical database to ensure it reflects and provides a consistent high standard of data and analysis

6. Participate in our internal operation projects

7. Assistance in any Ad-hoc work

职位要求

1. Degree holder or current penultimate year university students with good academic background in accounting or finance

2. Detail-oriented, diligent and with a genuine interest in financial markets

3. Business level English required, additional Asian language a plus but not required
