职位描述

Management Trainee, Consumer Healthcare, A 12 month on the job training program. Successful candidate will be assigned to marketing or sales role. Fresh graduate or those with less than 1 year working experience

Job Responsibilities

1. Reporting to the Head of Brand Activation Management, the incumbent will be building an in-depth knowledge of brand activation, covering not only brand marketing but also category and professional marketing.  With the development of these skills and capabilities, you will be responsible for driving successful brand activation and delivering sales objectives

2. Take a key role in planning and execution of new product launch

3. Develop and implement brand activation plans and integrated campaigns

4. Manage advertising and promotion budget and drive continuous improvement in efficiency

5. Forecasting

6. Organize and assist in marketing intelligence analysis

职位要求

1. Bachelor’s Degree in marketing related major is preferred

2. Accumulate internship, part-time in commercial environment is preferred

3. Analytical and influential, strong presentation and problem-solving skills. Have demonstrated strong leadership experience and potential; for example, had held key leadership roles in extracurricular activities, voluntary work or other significant undertakings

4. Proactive and willingness to work in team setting.  Have demonstrated great team work spirit and contributed to the achievement of a team's success

5. Passionate about brand activation, including both brand and shopper marketing

6. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
