职位描述
1. Execute ongoing operations of the Walt Disney Imagineering Asia Limited company in collaboration with key partners for statutory compliance, financial, and operation matters:
* Administer and maintain regional labor rates in collaboration with Glendale finance team
* Monthly cash flow and funding needs with WDI finance and corporate treasury
* Process intercompany transactions, 3rd party payments, T&E, purchase orders, and account journal entries with segment controllership and Asia Shared Services Center
* Monitor intercompany costs and invoices to ensure budgetary and procedural compliance
* Ensure alignment and coordination between Glendale, India and Share Services finance teams
* Work with local tax team to enforce procedures to ensure tax compliance and facilitate remittances
* Statutory filings with corporate tax and segment controllership
* Partner with Shared Services and Tax on annual entity audits
* SAP set-up with corporate financial systems
2. Support the development of the Long Term Plan for the Imagineering Asia organization, including ongoing refinement of the financial model and longer-term infrastructure requirements
3. Support the development of the Annual Operating Plan and monthly forecasts
4. Assist in developing communications to engage with internal and external partners (TWDC, government, etc.)
5. Provide the management reporting and ad hoc analysis required to make effective business decisions

Basic Qualifications
1. Diverse financial management experience gained with reputable organizations
2. Demonstrate ability to manage the day-to-day tasks, while effectively influencing senior management on key decisions and direction
3. Demonstrate ability to connect and influence others in order to achieve organizational priorities
4. Demonstrate ability to multi-task and drive results in multi-disciplinary team environment
5. Proven ability to successfully operate in a highly matrix organizational system where partnership and influence are key drivers of success
6. Demonstrate exceptional critical thinking, financial planning, and process management skills;
7. Detail oriented while understand big picture strategies
8. Excellent Microsoft Office skills
9. Experience with SAP
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
1. Proven experience in a startup organization
2. Experience working in Asia
3. Theme park or vacation leisure industry experience
4. Multi-national company experience
5. Walt Disney Parks & Resorts experience
Required Education
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
Preferred Education
1. Masters of Business Administration
