面试过程中会着重考察应聘者的硬性技能，比如：语言，软件能力等，Behaviours interview也比较多。因为intern结束后有很大几率可以拿到return offer，所以面试筛选的过程很严格。

Solution Analyst

职位描述

1. Utilise knowledge of corporate finance, derivatives and financing to assist with the client dialogue and solutions 

2. Develop proficiency (including pricing and structuring skills) in macro markets and products including: interest rates, FX, commodities, equity-linked, credit and structured finance products 

3. Interact with clients and other groups at Goldman Sachs 

4. Prepare and analyze complex financial and pricing models and company financial statements 

5. Coordinating with securities division colleagues when required on pricing and execution 

6. Prepare presentations and marketing materials

职位要求

1. Bachelor’s degree plus minimum one year experience in relevant role 

2. A keen, long-term interest in corporate finance, coupled with a demonstrated interest in financial markets and risk management 

3. Ability and interest in transitioning between multiple topic areas (FX, Rates, Commodities, Equity-linked, Credit, Structured Finance) 

4. Strong attention to detail 

5. Drive, enthusiasm, creativity and excellent interpersonal skills 

6. Strong quantitative and technical abilities 

7. Ability to work as part of a team in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy 

8. Mandarin is highly desired
