Retail Analytics Analyst

职位描述

1. To participate, and implement the strategic information solutions to satisfy the business area to which they are aligned

2. To perform tasks in the area of marketing campaigns, business analysis, MIS and Decision Support tools

3. To participate in the design, development and maintenance of analytical data-marts, ensuring that the information is updated, and in sync with business operations

4. To work with other team members to build the infrastructure and drive automation of MIS reporting system to improve efficiency for quick response to business needs

5. To work with VS to provide analytical support to obtain, maintain and grow retail relationships and to perform the campaign execution process for the business and support users in defining the selection criteria

1. Strong experience in finance or banking and understanding of the control environment

2. Attention to details with solid awareness of bank policy and products

3. Leadership skills and ability to lead discussions with multiple stakeholders to drive issues towards resolutions

4. Committed, meticulous, courageous, equipped with good communication and writing skills
