Associate/Analyst, Business Planning & Analytics

职位描述

1. Acquire, interpret and maintain structured and unstructured data. Apply data mining techniques and conduct quantitative analysis to outline critical information and generate useful business performance reports

2. Deliver data visualization to discover trends/patterns, spot outliers/gaps, identify potential opportunities and performance gaps in a clear, quick and cohesive way

3. Build sales analytics / event-triggered alerts to scale up new customer acquisition, just-on-time cross-sell, up-sell and pre-emptive retention, riding on advanced analytics, statistical models and text mining intelligence

4. Analyze customer behavior across all touchpoints, incl online channels, to optimize the sales approach and enhance service and customer experience

职位要求

1. Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management or related disciplines

2. Preferably in banking industry with good understanding of corporate products and services

3. Strong business acumen, with ability to analyze tremendous data and come up with meaningful insights in plain languages

4. Solid experience and know-how in advanced data analysis and statistical techniques and proficiency in SQL, VB, R, SAS or other data mining programming languages a definite advantage

5. Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Qlikview

6. Conversant with Excel, Access and PowerPoint

7. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to come up with effective business strategies and drive business growth based on quantitative analysis

8. Good interpersonal, communication, presentation skills 

9. Able to work with teams of technical people and business users, handling multiple projects, attention to details and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
