第一轮是电话面试，第二轮是群面，期间会用中英文提问，前两轮面试不涉及专业知识，只考察应聘者的综合素质。第三轮是个人面试，会有更进一步的考察和提问。
Management Trainee (Finance Analyst--HK)
Lenovo is currently seeking Finance & Accounting undergraduates to fill positions in the Global Finance Talent Program (GFTP). GFTP is an accelerated career development program that recruits top university graduates who have both a passion for technology and a strong aptitude for finance. Consisting of two 12-month rotations in key Finance positions at Lenovo locations globally, GFTP affords new graduates the opportunity to develop their professional finance skills and business acumen while gaining valuable work experience, learning how to operate in a multi-cultural Fortune 500 company, and making important contributions to Lenovo’s global business.
1. Annual budget planning - Work with business to understand long term strategy & focus areas to prepare the annual budget modelling
2. Forecast planning & analysis – Work closely with the business to analysis performance & identify/advise business of risk & opportunities
3. Deep dive into margin tracking and expense management
4. Regular monthly reporting & tracking of business performance to understand the key drivers of the business
5. Ad hoc projects to drive improvement is BMS / reporting / analysis
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting or related major from an accredited, top finance and accounting university (0-2 years of experience)
2. Academic excellence with financial or quantitative interest/competence
3. Excellent analytical abilities
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Demonstrated leadership capabilities in professional, academic, and/or volunteer environments
6. Passion for technology
7. Professional maturity, strong work ethic, and the ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
8. Ability to work long hours during closing, budget, and other critical business times
9. Flexibility to potentially relocate globally
10. Cumulative grade point average of distinguished is preferred(better provided in your personal resume)
