面试官都很nice，但面试过程很严谨，先是了解过往的成绩和经历，对应聘者有一个全面的考察。之后是现场做case study。薪资待遇非常好，高于业界平均水平。
CGM – Quantitative Research/Custom Products Analyst
1. Develop, maintain, automate models, databases and systems
2. Service fundamental clients - support, advise and answer queries, assist with custom bespoke projects and initiatives as assignedService and engage with the internal sales/trading desk by marketing the global research product and trading ideas
3. Being part of the Global Quantitative Research team you will contribute towards the global research agenda and work closely with senior analysts from other regions
4. Develop and maintain equity models (e.g. multi-factor / statistical trading strategies) using quantitative techniques
5. Utilise equity risk models and portfolio optimization/transaction cost tools to test strategies in a realistic trading environment
1. At least 2 years of related work experience in a Financial Institution preferred (but not essential)
Strong MS Excel knowledge
2. A strong passion for using data / programming / computers to solve problems
3. Comfort with manipulating and analysing large data sets using qualitative and quantitative approaches
4. Ideally possess strong IT skills with the ability to program, think analytically and use statistical / financial analysis software tools, e.g., Excel, VBA, R, C#, Python or other computing languages will be looked upon favourably
5. A background in Computer Science, Data, Mathematics or Engineering preferred
6. You will have a strong work ethic, an outgoing personality with excellent communication and presentation skills
7. You will be able to discuss research with specialists but you will also be keen to regularly communicate the commercial value of your ideas to general equity sales personnel
8. You will thrive within a fast paced environment, and constantly display a drive to succeed
9. You will be keen and able to participate in a global product, communicating readily with MSG's other Quantitative Research analysts around the globe
10. Fluency in Japanese is highly desirable (but not essential)
