职位描述
1. Assist the Trading team in its day to day tasks
2. Prepare relevant reports to management
3. Assist with launch of new products and ad-hoc projects
4. Propose trade ideas and conduct back-testing to validate the strategies
5. Ensure backup with other Trader Assistants
6. Provide assistance to the COO team when required
7. Conduct limited trading activities (risk management, speaking to brokers and to sales), under a strict control framework
8. Handle formal approval processes from COO and management teams
9. Provide complete transparency about your activity to management when requested
10. Respect the imposed trading limits
11. You will support the management for medium-to-long term projects
12. Learn how the trading desk operates and gather relevant product knowledge
13. Engage in daily interaction with support functions (IT, Operations, Accounting) and throughout time build extended knowledge on the overall operation of the bank
14. Understand Societe Generale’s trading handbook, trading mandate and abide by their terms
15. You will have the opportunity to progress into a Trading position over time based on your performance and ability

职位要求
1. Master degree or equivalent in Econometrics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering or Computer Science
2. Familiar with Fixed Income products
3. Programming skills & computer literacy
4. Proactive and entrepreneurial
5. Ability to estimate risk
6. Tenacity and results oriented
7. Strong collaboration mindset and team spirit
8. Strong analytical skills, ability to summarize key messages and complex concepts
9. Fluency in English, additional Asian language skills is a plus
10. Obtain pass on necessary examinations and be registered with relevant regulatory bodies
