* 职位描述

1. Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources

2. Record daily general ledger entries accurately and on time. Support month-end and year-end closing activities in accordance with local/international accounting standards

3. Prepare schedules, details of accounts and other supporting documents for the purposes of accounts analyses and reconciliations

4. Compile and organize financial information in a meaningful way to facilitate budgeting and variance analysis

5. Provide administrative support to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the timeliness, accuracy and quality of general ledger accounting and financial reporting

* 职位要求

1. Diploma or above with LCCI level 3 or above

Analyst-Corporate Finance  (ref: F17021)

* 职位描述

1. You will render a wide range of financial analysis services to support the Corporation’s growth strategies both within and outside Hong Kong for railway businesses and property investment projects. 

2. You will assist in assessing the financial returns of investment projects, conducting sensitivity and scenario analysis to facilitate business strategy formulation, developing and maintaining financial models to assess financial performance as well as managing investment case development, business deal making and researches.

3. You will also coordinate with external and internal parties to resolve related legal, tax, financial and financing issues. Occasional business travel is required.

* 职位要求

1. You should have a Degree in Accounting / Business Administration / Finance or a related discipline with at least 3 years’ relevant experience. 

2. Possession of a professional accounting or financial qualification is preferred. 

3. Positive work attitude, team spirit, good interpersonal and analytical skills as well as proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese are essential. 

4. Experience in investment property and property development and infrastructure projects in Hong Kong and/or PRC / overseas, knowledge of PRC tax rules, accounting standards and statutory regulations as well as proficiency in Putonghua are advantages.

3. analyzing financial information and providing added-value advice

4. working closely with budget holders to develop performance measurements

* 职位要求 

1. University graduate in Accounting or related disciplines with minimum 3 years relevant working experience

2. Proficient in PC applications and MS Office especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint

3. Good knowledge in Oracle Financials and Hyperion Essbase

4. Good communication and presentation skills, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline

5. Candidate with less working experience will be considered as Assistant Accounting Officer
