Business Deployment Analyst (Finance)

职位描述

1. Close connection with consulting panel and Group H&B Process Governance Member to seek advise and approval on any major issues or decisions regarding design and business principles.


2. Interact with Business Group Solution Architects, Functional Team and 3rd party vendor experts responsible for delivering business requirements.


3. Works with functional team to design, review and sign-off  business process  blueprint aligned to Business Target operating model, and Group H&B SAP Retail system functionality.


4. Works with functional team to design, review and sign-off functional enhancement to Group H&B SAP Retail solution and related Group legacy system (i.e. WMS), inclusive of Forms, Screens and Reports.


5. Support user on data conversion activities.


6. Define user acceptance test (UAT) cases, testing data structure and passing conditions that covers all possible scenarios and to be used through the application testing cycle.


7. Support user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live activities and post go-live activities before the final handover.


8. Develop and continue to update TTT and EUT training materials for SAP Retail solution.


9. Works with local training team on delivery the TTT and EUT training materials for any legacy system change.


10. Conduct TTT and EUT classes for the respective domain to super users and end users for SAP Retail solution.


11. Conduct Impact assessment between the AS-IS and TO-BE business process for change management and communication.


12. Assist local business users in updating their existing SOP to be in-line with the future SAP Retail solutions process and business and system rules.

职位要求

1. A bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or other related major.


2. High level of energy, shelf driven and be able to work with minimal supervision.


3. Experience in accounting and retail industry.


4. Ability to drive and guide the local super users to deliver project deliverables.


5. Logical thinking to integrate system and business process and resolving challenging issues.


6. Results-oriented and ability to support  team objectives and goals.


7. Good presentation skill and able to document process concept, principles and steps in a clear, succinct and structural way that could be understood by a layman.


8. High attention to detail and quality of results.


9. A good communicator and be able to interact with business users at all levels of the Organization.


10. Retail experience is essential.


11. Good English communication skills, written and verbal, is a must.


12. Good Microsoft Office skills (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)


13. Knowledge of SAP Retail application as a user is a plus.


14. Experience in working in a large scale project environment and work in Matrix structure is a plus.


15. Frequent travel within APAC region.
