Direct responsibility to drive sales in our owned and 3PP E-Commerce sites for both Hong Kong and Hong Kong based China market platforms
2. Participate in the development and execution of the company E-Commerce strategy and develop budget plan to achieve company goals3. Develop and enhance online brands awareness with product promotion or other related sales program
4. Linking E-Commerce channel insights, business digital efforts/needs together with the strategy to drive sustained growth plan across all strategic categories and brands5. Explore and maintain new e-commerce channels, such as mobile interaction, online membership promotion etc.6. Participate in CRM and digital strategy development for different digital consumer and negotiate contract
7. Provide operational support for e-Commerce channels (including own sites and third party partner sites) covering: site features, assortment and inventory planning, pricing, systems integration, logistics, customer service and performance tracking
8. Prepare regular website reports on KPIs tracking and site analytics on user behaviors using web analytics tools
9. Prepare regular sales analyses and reports for business review and future planning
10. Coordinate internal and external teams through the merchandising process for major e-commerce channels from product buy, digital assets and product information management, systems setup and interface, product status/price change and replenishment across the entire product life cycle
11. Maintain current integration between Web-commerce systems and business ERP; and coordinate the new interface setup for new online E-commerce sites
12. Perform QA for own sites including reporting website issues, prioritizing solutions, tracking, testing1. Bachelor Degree in Business/Information Management/E-commerce or other relevant disciplines
2. 3 years of experience in setting E-commerce for retail business and/or 3 years of experience working with large third party E-commerce partners is preferred

4. Team player with strong ability to interact with multiple groups to gather information and gain consensus on goals
5. Work well under pressure and with tight time lines
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation skills and ability to influence and motivate people
