Analyst - Banking

职位描述

1. To work within Banks Global Banking coverage team and support line manager and senior team members in the origination and execution of corporate advisory and capital raising event driven transactions

2. Develop company valuations and create or analyse financial models, as well as conduct financing, comparative and pro forma analyses

3. Assist in the preparation of new business presentations and other materials for clients, conduct fundamental industry research and quantitative analyses, and attending client presentations as required etc.

4. Interact with clients and various levels of management, and act as an integral part of the engagement team

5. Contribute to the achievement against targets for revenue generation, product alignment, customer satisfaction etc.

1. High achieving and very motivated

2. Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills

3. Basic knowledge of financial modelling, valuation, and execution

4. Strong understanding of the financial markets

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

6. Exceptional academic credentials

7. Demonstrates a commitment to learning new capabilities, proactively seeks more or different assignments to accelerate learning
