* 职位描述
1. Assist in daily treasury-related operations for PRC subsidiaries including bank account opening, closure & signatory updating, inter-account transfers and deposit placements with banks

2. Assist to review and consolidate the cash balance and forecast reports submitted by PRC subsidiaries

3. Provide loan administration support to PRC subsidiaries, including coordinate bank loan documentation, loan drawdowns and repayments

4. Update database in Treasury management system

5. Prepare periodic treasury reports

6. Treasury documents filing

7. Other ad hoc assignments as directed by supervisors

* 职位要求
1. Degree/ Higher Diploma in Accountancy Banking or Finance related discipline 

2. Minimum 1-2 year of relevant experience in banks, finance or corporate treasury, candidates with better experience will be considered for Officer position

3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

4. Good command of Chinese and English. 

5. Fluency in Putonghua and Chinese writing is preferred

1. Responsible for accounts payable functions

2. Prepare accounting journals, bank reconciliation and supplier’s statement reconciliation

3. Handle daily accounting operation and provide administrative support, such as refund to customers, petty cash reimbursement and payment vouchers filing etc.

* 职位描述
1. Perform credit management and debit collection actions

2. Carry out debt recovery actions on corporate customers via telephone and demand letters

3. Execute routine dunning actions for non-payment accounts on consumer segments

4. Liaise with different internal parties in resolving disputes and outstanding accounts

5. Monitor customer payment’s behaviour, perform credit assessment and prepare credit risk analysis/MIS reports to management

6. Contribute to formulate credit policy and related credit system development

7. Handle other credit control issues and ad hoc assignments

* 职位要求 
1. Diploma Holder or above in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related discipline

2. Minimum 2 years' solid experience in credit management in telecommunications industry is preferable

3. Full familiarity with PC applications and Internet literacy. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

4. Proactive, outgoing, enthusiastic and sensitive to market/economic environment

5. To be analytical and self-motivated in problem-solving

6. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
