* 职位描述
1. Weekly: to follow our key assets and new launch results
2. Monthly: to be able to analyze each local market performance and highlight successes or risks for the category manager to put in place an action plan if needed
3. Quarterly: with beauty research analysis to compare our performance vs market and vs competition
4. Monthly: to consolidate the APAC scorecard and specific analysis linked to the launch plan
5. To conduct on a daily basis specific analysis in order to reinforce our marketing strategy and to boost the growth of our key assets This "Business expert", by doing both SO and CRM analysis, will help us to have a clear vision on our performance and to challenge/ readjust quickly our strategy if needed

* 职位描述1. Assist in implementing global tax initiatives in the APAC region as a member of PUMA global tax member in project base
2. Assist in preparing and maintaining regional and local transfer pricing documentation (TPD) annually. Update and review intercompany agreements
3. Assist in managing regional and tax compliance matters in Japan, including provide support on tax projects (i.e. corporate tax, indirect tax returns)
4. Support in regional, local tax ans customs audit defense
5. Able to support PUMA global tax team to roll out changes to business organization at regional and local subsidiary level, provide practical and localized solution
6. Able to support in preparing regional and local TP documentation, including loss analysis, business understanding unique to the local subsidiary
7. Able to manage and make sure accurate and timely filing of corporate tax and VAT returns, and look for savings opportunity, if any
8. Able to manage local audit defense and provide updates on a regular and timely basis
* 职位要求1. 3 to 5 years of working experience in accounting firm or commercial environment
2. Completed bachelor degree in accounting, non-accounting/finance major will also be considered
3. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, Japanese will be an advantage
4. Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
5. Transfer pricing experience is preferred, local tax knowledge in Japan is highly preferred
6. Good team player, analytical thinker, able to offer solutions
