职位描述

1. Supporting seniors in the team to work on corporate advisory pitch materials and financial models

2. Help run day-to-day execution of live financial advisory transactions

3. Conduct fundamental industry research and quantitative analyses

4. Interact with clients and act as an integral part of the client engagement team

职位要求

1. Experience in Mergers and acquisition and Initial Public offering would be preferred

2. Strong preference for mandarin language capability, given a significant part of the client base is in China

3. High achieving and very motivated

4. Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills

5. Basic knowledge of financial modelling, valuation, and execution

6. Strong understanding of the financial markets

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

8. Exceptional academic credentials
