Accounting Assistant

职位描述

1. Perform various accounting duties including accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoices processing & payments and petty cash reimbursements in accordance to the Company policies and procedures

2. Assist in retail sales receivable reconciliation

3. Assist in month end and year end closing

4. Support ad hoc projects

职位要求

1. Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines

2. Minimum 1-2 years Accounting experience, relevant experience in retail industry will be an added advantage

3. Proficient in Excel

4. Experience in SAP is an advantage

5. Good team player, strong interpersonal skills and self-motivated

6. Good command of both written and spoken English

7. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

8. Immediate available is preferred
