Assistant Accountant

职位描述

1. general accounting duties including financial accounting, management accounting, budgeting, and financial management of research and capital projects

2. preparation of management reports

3. handling of enquires from the University’s departments, research students and external funding bodies

4. general office administration

5. any other duties as assigned by the Director of Finance and her delegates

职位要求

1. a recognised degree in Accounting or related disciplines

2. some experience in accounting, auditing or other related fields

3. proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Excel and Word

4. a fair command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being an advantage

5. good communication and interpersonal skills
