* 职位描述

1. Implement effective operational risk management process to identify, assess, monitor and control operational risk

2. Conduct compliance reviews to identify possible operational risks and provide recommendations to enhance control weaknesses

3. Review existing key business processes, identify key control points and assess the adequacy of controls

4. Work with business and support units to effectively manage operational risk by maintaining operational risk controls in accordance with the regulatory guidelines and policies of the Bank

* 职位要求

1. Bachelor degree or above preferably with major in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law or related disciplines with minimum 1 year operational risk experience in banking or financial industry is preferred

2. Proficient in PC applications including MS Office and Chinese word processing

Product Executive

* 职位描述

1. Identify and prioritize new features and enhancements based on market needs, company strategy, operation needs, etc.

2. Drive new Web or mobile product development or functional enhancement from concept, user research, requirement gathering and analysis, product specification, project planning and coordination, testing to launch

3. Collaborate with engineers and user departments such as marketing, sales and operation team for implementation

4. Documentation, including project plan, product manual, operation guidelines, etc.

5. Evaluate product performance, prepare report, present findings and insights

* 职位要求

1. University graduate in Business Administration, MIS, E-Commerce or other related discipline preferred

2. 2 years of working experience in Internet related industry, with solid experience in product development and project management. Experience in handling mobile apps projects is an added advantage

3. Good understand of E-Commerce business and latest trends in online products, services and technologies

4. Strong project management and communication skills

5. Good command of both English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus

6. Self-motivated, adaptive and flexible, and able to work independently and under pressure

1. Lead to design of sales or business related reports for improving business performance and identifying sales opportunities

2. Carry out data analysis and provide business insights to management for business decisions

3. Analyze promotion campaign and evaluate the effectiveness for better sales conversion

4. Design and develop reports in Tableau for managers and business users

5. Gather and keep track of relevant data regularly and prepare necessary reports

* 职位要求 

1. Bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, Marketing Research, Computer Science or related discipline. Master degree is a plus

2. Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in business analytics

3. Experience with design and development of data visualization tools e.g. Tableau, Qlikview is highly preferred

4. Well-versed in advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Access or other statistical tools

5. Excellent programming skill including SQL, SAS, Python and R is a plus

6. Knowledge of CRM practices and experience of CRM implementation is a plus

7. Detail-minded with strong numeric and business acumen

8. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, able to work independently under tight deadlines and adapt to a fast moving and challenging environment

9. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
