面试过程中会着重考察应聘者的硬性技能，比如：语言，软件能力等，Behaviours interview也比较多。因为intern结束后有很大几率可以拿到return offer，所以面试筛选的过程很严格。

1. We provide our new analysts with the tools necessary for professional growth and career advancement

2. The analyst experience fosters the opportunity to connect with people who can help guide your career

3. You will quickly become an integral member of the team with your own responsibilities

4. Throughout the analyst years we provide you with ongoing developmental assignments and exposure to multiple disciplines that will supplement your day-to-day responsibilities

5. We created Goldman Sachs University to help you at each stage of your career 

6. Analysts are formally evaluated as part of the firm's annual Performance Review Process, which includes a self assessment as well as input from peers, managers and internal business partners

1. This program is open to final year undergraduate and graduate level students from any field of study, and is ideally suited to those with little or no work experience

2. While your discipline or major is not important, we’re looking for students with an outstanding record of academic achievement and an interest in the financial markets
