首先进行笔试，之后是面试。两轮面试都需要做case study，第一轮面试是个人面对2 - 3名Associate分析case，第二轮面试是和其他应聘者一起做case study。

职位描述

1. Business Analyst (BA) Interns join our offices and practices (e.g. Digital McKinsey, Operations) around the world for ~10 weeks, usually in the summer, to work in teams and directly with our clients

2. When you join McKinsey as a Business Analyst Intern, you are joining a firm that will challenge you and invest in your professional development.

3. In this role you will work on the best teams to help the best organizations in the world – in private, public, and social sectors – solve their most difficult problems.

4. You will also work with many experts, from data scientists and researchers to software and app designers.

职位要求

1. In your junior year of an undergraduate degree; expected graduation date of December 2018 or May 2019

2. Or in your senior year and planning to enter a 1-year masters program 

3. Or currently completing your first year in a non-business, 2-year masters program and have less than 2 years of work experience

4. Or are in your first year of a two year commitment with Teach for America and have 3 years or fewer of work experience to date

5. Strong commitment to excellence and personal and professional growth

6. Demonstrated outstanding academic performance and an aptitude for analytics

7. Strong record of initiative-taking and leadership in a work setting and/or extracurricular activities

8. Resourceful, intellectually curious, empathetic, poised, high energy and mature

9. Genuine interest in business and find problem solving exhilarating

10. Enjoy working in teams 

11. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and the local office language(s)
