职位描述

Through this program, you will grow with

1. A complete understanding of the full cycle of e-commerce industry


2. A holistic picture from decision to execution to optimization so as to achieve strategic business targets


3.  A strong foundation and understanding on our business so as to advance your career with us in different managerial positions


4. An ability to lead a team of retail shop staff to manage daily retail shop operations and to drivevarious KPIs including inventory and cost control, sales and profitability, manpower planning and customer service excellence

 

5. You will have an experienced mentor for guidance during the 12-month program


6. You will have on-the-job training, in-house training and external courses to cultivate and solidify the knowledge and management skills required in the day-to-day operation

1. Recent university graduates from any disciplines with less than 2 years’ work experience and possess the following qualities


2. Strong enthusiasm and commitment toward establishing a long-term career in field of e-commerce industry, with remarkable endurance and courage to face new challenges 


3. Smart and energetic


4. Logical thinking, passionate, positive and self-motivated


5. Open-minded and sound inter-personal skills


6. Good team spirit and potential leadership ability


7. Proficiency in verbal and written English and Chinese


8. Willing to accommodate to shift work covering holidays and work at our retail shops in various districts
