Senior Associates

* 职位描述
This department provides information system audit, internal control review, internal audit outsourcing, risk advisory, and implementation assistance services to listed and private companies and is seeking candidates with the following qualifications to fill different positions

* 职位要求
1. A recognized accounting degree with at least 2 years’ experience in external audit, internal control review, internal audit, risk advisory, or Sarbanes-Oxley advice and implementation services

2. Excellent English and Chinese writing and communication skills and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua

3. Ability to work independently and as a team member in a challenging environment

4. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

5. Exposure to PowerPoint presentation preparation and delivery, flowchart method of documentation, and information system controls

6. Willingness to travel in the mainland and proficiency in typing Chinese

7. Degree of information system and experience in IT auditl will be a plus

8. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the posts of Associates

Senior Officer / Officer – Treasury Trading Support

* 职位描述
1. Assist trader and team head with timely trade bookings, P&L reconciliation and perform day-end book closing

2. Work closely with traders and back office to facilitate trade settlement, funding reconciliation and transferring etc.

3. Perform daily reporting, data processing and other reports when required

4. Take initiative to ensure smooth and timely communication of trading team and back office, such as corporate actions or trade settlement issues etc.

5. Assist traders with credit and relative value analysis when required

6. Work closely and smoothly with other internal counterparties to provide relevant support when required

7. Other ad hoc reporting and projects required

* 职位要求
1. Degree holder in Finance, business studies or relevant disciplines

2. 3 years’ related working experience, good knowledge of fixed income products, Treasury/ ALM function is preferred 

3. Attention to details, good with numbers, organized and responsible attitude in work, willing to take initiative and make extra effort

4. Hard working, flexible to assist in other areas of the team when required, team player personality, keen to learn

5. Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

6. Good command of spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must

* 职位描述
1. Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes

2. Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures

3. Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information

4. Maintain accurate electronic spreadsheets for financial and accounting data

5. Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals, ledgers, and/or computers

6. Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables

7. Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified

8. Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures

2. Technical accounting skills
