2018 Compliance Analyst Program – Summer Internship – Hong Kong

职位描述
1. Spend your summer developing solutions that drive business growth in line with evolving industry regulations and requirements. Our compliance team works globally across all lines of business to protect both client interests and shareholder value
2. Work in partnership with our top-tier professionals, providing advice on the impact of existing and future regulatory requirements, as well as independent input on new business strategies, product lines, policies and education, operation processes, risk mitigation and control
3. This 10-week internship program offers unique insight into JPMorgan Chase's Compliance function, and the opportunity to work on compliance related projects, present findings and make meaningful contributions on teams with experienced professionals
4. You'll work with a specific business on a Compliance Advisory team or across businesses on a firmwide Compliance Practices or Compliance Core Function, such as Global Financial Crimes Investigations, Employee Compliance, Privacy and Global Information Management, Trade Surveillance & Electronic Communications
5. You’ll also participate in our senior speaker series, philanthropic initiatives and other professional development events. You may receive an offer of full-time employment upon successful completion of the program

1. A well-rounded academic background with an interest in the Compliance function
2. Minimum required cumulative GPA of 3.2 out of 4.0 or equivalent
3. Pursuing a degree qualification with expected graduation of December 2018 or June 2019
4. Strong attention to detail
5. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
7. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
8. Experience researching and interpreting laws and regulations
9. Excel, PowerPoint and Word proficiency
10. Fluency in English is essential
