1. University graduate in Marketing, Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent disciplines

3. Resolve application issues and maintain application service level

Communication Assistant

* 职位描述
1. Support planning of branding and communications strategies

2. Plan and implement Corporate and Divisions communication programs to support business strategy execution and enhance employee engagement

3. Internal and external event planning and management e.g. Town Hall meetings, Annual Dinner, Employee Activities, Management Workshop, Corporate Citizenship program, etc.

4. Planning and implement Divisions’ MarCom activities, e.g. customer events, conferences, seminars, exhibitions

5. Build up media relations and monitor media landscape

6. Write up communications materials and publications for trade magazines, internet, intranet and e-newsletter

7. Compile reports and prepare presentation materials, country profiles and other marketing materials when needed

8. Share department administrative works and other ad hoc projects

* 职位要求
1. University graduate in Language, Business, Communication, Marketing, or related disciplines

2. 1-2  years relevant  experience  in  corporate  communications from multinational companies or sizeable organizations, experience in large technology corporations is a plus

3. Experience in event management

4. Experience in media relations and crisis management is a plus

5. Open-minded, creative and able to bring in new insights

6. Self-initiative, independent and attentive to details

7. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

8. Able to collaborate with cross functions and mobilize virtual teams

9. Excellent command of written and spoken English, written Chinese, spoken Cantonese & Mandarin

10. Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of Photoshop is a plus

Investment Analyst

* 职位描述
1. Work closely with Investment Team in macroeconomics, sector and company-specific research

2. Involved in due diligence, and comprehensive fundamental analysis on companies, including in-depth financial statement analysis

3. Handle correspondence, support business meetings and business development, preparing various types of investment reports or presentation materials

4. Participate in coordinating with external parties including investment managers, custodian, service providers and various external vendors

5. Provide support for managements

6. Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
