TRAINEE: Trading Support Unit

职位描述

1. Ensure all the bookings are properly booked in Front Office database

2. Control of the coherence of inputs with Front Office tickets and / or Term sheets

3. Handle events on Trading position such as maturities, corporate actions or other events

4. Improve/control quality of database inputs

5. Assist Front Office on their specific requests

6. Liaise with other departments to ensure the smoothness of the operational flow

职位要求

1. Hold a relevant Bachelors or Masters degree in IT, Banking & Finance or Engineering or similar

2. Good financial products knowledge

3. Responsible and Proactive

4. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

5. Good working knowledge in Computer literacy (VBA programming is a plus) 

6. Result orientated and demonstrates strong drive to achieve result while well estimate risk of own actions

7. Client focus who consistently searches for ways to improve our client service (Front-office / Trading teams)

8. Excellent communication skills and strong team spirit 

9. Fluent English is mandatory
