* 职位描述
1. assist in organising and promoting quality arts and cultural programmes on campus
2. assist in venue booking, repair and maintenance, venue operation and programme operations
3. provide operational and logistic support to special projects and functions, including data mining, collating and compiling
4. assist in filing and compiling various kinds of reports and presentations as well as maintaining effective record systems
5. perform administrative and clerical duties of the office
6. perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of Office or his/her delegates
* 职位要求
1. a recognised degree / certificate / diploma OR five passes in HKCEE including English Language (at least Grade C if Syllabus A; Level 2 if results are obtained from 2007 onwards), Chinese Language (Level 2 if results are obtained from 2007 onwards) and Mathematics; or a combination of results in five HKDSE subjects of Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / "Attained" in Applied Learning subjects / Grade E in Other Language subjects, and the five subjects must include English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics plus at least five years of relevant experience

3. good interpersonal and communication skills
4. the ability to work independently, proactively, and to handle multiple tasks concurrently
5. a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

* 职位描述1. Assist in planning and executing a full spectrum of marketing functions including but not limited to weekly communication, product launch event, customer event management and customer relationship management according to marketing calendar

* 职位描述1. Maintaining a strong understanding of the travel and tourism market, as well as its traditional and digital media landscape
2. Facilitation of weekly tactical promotion initiatives

2. Firm understanding of marketing, social media and/or related disciplines
3. Knowledge of the Hong Kong Market including consumer psychographics, nuances and trends
4. Proficient understanding of all social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Weibo and Wechat
5. Understanding of excellent traditional media practices, out-of-home placements and promotional activities
6. Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese language is a plus

5. Excellent command of verbal and written English and Chinese
6. Business acumen, meticulous, thorough and able to work both independently and in a team
