* 职位描述
The appointee will be responsible for performing various accounting functions in accordance with standard procedures in general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, payroll or its related areas in Finance Office
* 职位要求
1. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a relevant discipline with at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
2. excellent PC skills in MS Excel and Word; hands-on experience in Oracle financial systems or other similar financial/ accounting systems
3. high proficiency in both English and Chinese
4. the ability to be a good team player. Applicants who are pursuing professional accounting designation are definitely an advantage

* 职位描述1. Deliver activities and initiatives that drive the marketing strategy and support functional plans within designated practice groups
2. You will work closely with the team to support internal and external events including conferences, seminars, road shows, other firmwide initiatives and regional projects
3. Provide data management, logistics and on-site support for events
4. Liaise with vendors and ensure all final deliverables are in compliance with brand guidelines and firmwide communications policies
5. Assist in the production of written literature for events and marketing purposes, ensuring a high professional standard and consistency across all external and internal communications collateral
6. Work closely with different industry groups on content and thought leadership development, providing research, data analysis, editing, communications and logistics support for various publications and reports released throughout each calendar year
7. Liaise closely with internal media, graphics, web, social media and knowledge management teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive delivery of marketing services

5. Excellent written and verbal English; fluent in Putonghua and Cantonese preferred but not essential
6. Well-rounded and creative individual who is able to think outside the box while processing data with care
7. Good conflict resolution skills displaying a positive and flexible approach to problem solving
8. Maintains a positive attitude under pressure
9. A good team player with strong people and time management skills
10. Ability to lead/drive projects independently while working effectively in a dynamic team
11. Previous experience working within a financial institution or within the financial services industry preferred but not essential

* 职位描述1. Create & update all marketing materials and digital activities at different social media channels (including Facebook, Wechat, Weibo, eDM, YouTube...etc)
2. Monitor social media channels on daily basis or as needed for analysis
